We guarantee delivery of your purchase! If somehow your shipment is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
Your purchases will be sent directly by courier to your door. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email from us detailing your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your shipment.
* Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your purchase.
* Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
* We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
* We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.
About tracking paper, customer label, packing list:
1.聽 Please note that the tracking number (E*****CN) on the customer label and tracking paper must be exactly the same. If not, please email us the 2 different tracking numbers ASAP and reject the package.
2.聽 Please check the items listed on the packing list to ensure they are the same as what you received in the parcel. Please reject the package if there are any discrepancies. Once you accept the package we will not accept responsibilities for any discrepancies.
